One-on-One Meeting Space
BIO is providing complimentary meeting space for registered BIO Mid-America VentureForum attendees who wish to arrange their own one-on-one meetings during the conference. Private rooms at the Minneapolis Hilton will be available in 30-minute increments. To reserve one or more timeslots, please visit the one-on-one meeting registration desk on site to schedule a room. For your convenience, this desk will be located outside of the registration area. Space is limited and will be available on a first come, first serve basis, so please request your preferred timeslots as soon as possible.
One-on-One Meeting Registration Desk Hours
Wednesday September 21st: 5:00PM - 7:00PM
Thursday September 22nd: 7:00AM - 5:00PM
Friday September 23rd: 8:00AM - 3:00 PM
Meeting Request Notification is Available
Although BIO cannot schedule or coordinate meetings, on Monday September 19th, BIO will alert conference attendees via email of requests to meet from interested parties. Email the request and your full contact information to BIOMidAmerica@bio.org. All requests will be forwarded to the appropriate parties by BIO. BIO can only email individuals registered for the conference. Please note that BIO will not follow-up on any request forwarded. Additionally, please limit your requests to no more than 5 firms per registered attendee. If a meeting is confirmed, a room can be reserved at the one-on-one meeting registration desk starting at 4:00PM on Wednesday, September 21st.
