This Year's Highlights

• Lung cancer blood test using protein biomarkers demonstates superior sensitivity and specificity to spiral CT scanning (published J. Thor.Onc. July, '06; reported in Wall Street Journal, Aug. '06).
• Validation of our platform technology for the multiplex profiling of tumors as represented by over a dozen peer reviewed publications and a half dozen SBIR awards.
• Commercial success of our BioCheck screening tool for suspicious powders used by over 400 first responder organizations including the U.S. Postal Service.

Anticipated Highlights

• Commercial launch our of our lung cancer blood test in Q4 2007 following successful validation trial.
• Launch of our ErbBTest and associated layered membrane platform as a "companion diagnostic" for ErbB1 and ErbB2 drugs for treating various solid tumors.

Corporate Mission

20/20 GeneSystems? mission is to develop and bring to market innovative diagnostic products for the early detection of disease and the selection and monitoring of optimum, personalized therapies. Our diagnostic products are based on multiple protein biomarkers and address significant unmet medical needs in cancer, autoimmune diseases, and biodefense.

We are currently developing a biomarker based blood test for that identifies lung cancer up to 4 years earlier than CT scanning with between 80-90% diagnostic accuracy. This accuracy appears significanly superior to all tests known to be on the market or in development.

20/20's proprietary platform technology known as Layered BioArrays permits biomarker panels to be used with tissue and blood samples in ways far superior to existing protein biomarker platforms. Thus, we are uniquely positioned to play a leading role in commercializing a wide array of protein biomarker based diagnostics.
