This Year's Highlights

  • Mr. Tim Biro became an interim CEO in 2004. Tim has a strong background in both start-up biotechnology and big pharmaceutical companies. He is also well connected to the investment community and has a proven track record in managing successful businesses.
  • Dr. Jim Shook, a veteran of drug development is leading the drug development as well as the pre-clinical and clinical efforts for the Company. Dr. Shook will transition into the CEO of the Company upon completion of the financing.
  • The company has received significant grants from the NIH and Ohio. OncoImmune together with OSU and Cleveland Clinic recently received a $4.2 million BRTT grant. This grant will partially fund manufacturing and clinical testing of its MS drug.

Anticipated Highlights

  • OncoImmune has submitted a grant to NIH Commercialization Assistance Program, requesting for $4 million to support GLP animal toxicity studies and phase I/IIa human clinical trials for its MS drug.
  • OncoImmune has completed its pre-IND meeting with FDA on its drug for TSC. The company expects to initiate phase I clinical trial in Q3 2007 and phase II/III clinical trial in Q1 2008.
  • For MS drug, OncoImmune completed pre-IND meeting with FDA in April 2006. The Company expects to initiate GLP animal tox studies soon and Phase I clinical trial in MS in Q4 2007 and phase IIa clinical trial in Q2 2008.
