Corporate Mission

ProNAi seeks to offer novel and effective treatments for complex human diseases focusing initially on oncology and the development and validation of its proprietary nucleic acid-based therapeutic drug technology, DNAiŽ, providing challenging and rewarding careers for employees and creating value to shareholders. ProNAi's platform technology has supported the expansion of a portfolio of promising DNAiŽ drug candidates which the company is currently developing and validating in animal models. As a result of the Company's recent pre-IND FDA meeting, ProNAi intends to file its first INDs for indolent Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma in August 2007, based on its lead candidate.

ProNAi is currently located in Kalamazoo, Michigan, occupying 2,000 square feet of fully outfitted and instrumented laboratory space within the Southwest Michigan Innovation Center (a biotechnology accelerator). Company operations are supported by 12 full-time staff, complemented by experienced pharmaceutical industry consultants.
