Corporate Mission
Centrose is focused on becoming the leader in sugar-enhanced small molecule therapeutic discovery. Centrose will fill voids in its customer's early lead pipelines by providing them with license agreements to new Centrose enhanced drug leads. Centrose will also build credibility and value through partnership deals with strategic players. Partnerships with potential acquisition partners will be focused on resurrecting failing drugs, enhancing existing drugs and providing incremental benefits to drug classes in established markets.
Together with the University of Wisconsin and WARF, Centrose is presently developing novel therapeutics to fight cancer and infective diseases using its proprietary breakthrough sugar chemistries; glycorandomization, neoglycorandomization and sugar pirating.
The Company already has lead compounds that show improvements in safety, potency, selectivity or reduction in side effects due to off-target activities.
