This Year's Highlights

  • Cellectar's lead molecle, CLR1404, is the result of 15 years of research and medicinal chemistry by the Company's founder, Dr. Jamey Weichert on the selective uptake and retention of specific classes of phopholipids by malignant cells.
  • CLR1404 is a radiolabelled phospholipid avidly taken up and retained by over 40 malignant tumors but NOT retained by normal nor inflamatory tissues. 131I-CLR1404 has shown marked antitumor activity.124I-CLR1404 is a highly specific PET imaging agent.
  • In investigator initiated clinical trials "cold" CLR1404 has shown no toxicity in 10 human volunteers. Radiolabelled 124I-CLR1404 and 131I-CLR1404 have shown marked tumor accumulation in NSCLC in 13 human subjects.

Anticipated Highlights

  • Cellectar will complete the construction of custom-designed R and D laboratories and a GMP radiopharmaceutical manufacturing facility in December of 2007. This facility will meet the needs of phase 3 trials.
  • Cellectar will enter into Company-sponsored phase 1B clinical trials in June of 2008.
  • Cellectar will complete an angel and institutional fund-raising round in October of 2007. Cellectar has previously raised approximately $10 million from angel investors.
